That’s right!  We’ve moved.  The controller of the purse strings wasn’t all that impressed with this site in the beginning and wasn’t sure it was even worth our while, let alone our funds.  In the past year the monetary powers that be, has concluded that we just might be making a difference and has given me a small budget to play with.  Therefore, we now have our own domain, host, and soon to come, much more.

It was an honor to have Texas Fred stop by this past weekend and chastise me for not posting as regularly as I had been earlier in the year.  Thank you also to many others who have sent me email and called me on the phone to make sure I’m ok.  I assure you everything is just fine.  As I’ve said a few times in previous posts, I have been absolutely swamped with work.  Even though I’ve been working 60 and 70 hour weeks, I’m grateful I haven’t lost my job to an illegal alien… yet.

I received the best Christmas present ever last week while driving to work at 4a.m.  I was listening to the CBS national news and the big story of the day was that illegal aliens were going back to Mexico for the holidays as they do every year.  But this time, many are planning on not coming back.  The talking head news babe on the radio, pointed to Arizona’s new employer sanctions law ( the recently passed Arizona HB-2779, full text of it can be read here) as the reason that the law breaking illegals no longer felt safe in Arizona.  The story has made several other main stream media outlets in the past week including USA Today’s liberal tear jerking story here.  In every report, the underlying message is there.  Unsaid, but there.  Arizona’s HB-2779 is apparently a success and, it hasn’t even taken effect yet.  We can only hope that more states feeling the social and economic strains of the largest illegal alien invasion this country has ever experienced, enact similar employer sanctions laws.  The good news on the world stage is this.  Hopefully Mexico will get a large part of it workforce back.  Maybe, the majority of those returning will have been schooled in good ole American capitalism and have a desire to start businesses and opportunity in Mexico.  Maybe, these returning Mexicans might be able to effect political change in their own corrupt government so that the might (as my Grandmother used to say) “bloom where they’re planted.”

I would like to thank each of you for all you have done this past year to support this endeavor of saving America.  From the thousands of websites in the blogoshpere trying to keep America informed as to the illegal alien invasion and the corrupt political oligarchs allowing it to happen; to the millions of Americans who have blatantly shunned the propaganda spewed by the main stream media and sought out the truth for themselves.  It’s been an eventful year for us all with many battles lost and even more won.  Continue the fight in 2008 and we might just have America back someday.

Property taxes have been funding many of the programs that support illegal aliens. It is estimated that 20% of the K-12 students in Arizona schools are illegal aliens that do not belong in this country. As long as government is allowed to increase our taxes there is little incentive for them to close the borders and crack down on the employers that would sell our country down the river for a good quarterly profit report.

This is the “busy” season in my line of work and I’ve been back on twelve hour shifts, seven days a week.  It’s nice to have today off.  Back to six, ten hour shifts on Monday.  I’ve obviously been to busy to post in recent weeks but I have made some interesting first hand observations regarding the employment of illegal aliens in Arizona.

As a few of you know, I work in the industrial construction sector.  Most all of our job-sites are power generating stations across the United States.  In Arizona, maybe because of recently passed laws, there are few if any companies working these contracts with illegal alien labor.  However, Texas and California companies ARE working these contracts with an overwhelming majority of their workforce being unskilled low paid “residents” of these states.  One of the journeymen I work with is hispanic and fluent in spanish.  He has talked to many of the out of state workers who have told him point blank with no reservation that they are mostly from Mexico.  It costs less than one weeks wages for the fraudulent documentation necessary to gain employment with these construction companies in Texas.  For an additional fee, you can get your papers up front and pay later.  Another worker told us that all he and his friends needed was a word of mouth referral from another worker to get on the payroll, and that the company gave you a month to get the fraudulent paperwork turned in to their office.  He and his friends all hired on in San Antonio.

So there you have it.  That is how some major industrial construction companies in Texas are hiring illegal aliens and providing them with a months wages to gain fraudulent paperwork to work and reside in the United States.  In this case, Arizona.  We were told that on this particular job, working for this particular employer, that easily eighty workers out of the one hundred and ten, were from Mexico and had hired on in the manner explained.

This is what President Bush and the political machines loyal to him have been promoting for the last seven years with your tax dollars.  HR-1999, also known as the “Hope Fund Act of 2007″(Hope To Destroy America Act), sponsored by Rep. Ruben Hinojosa-TX dist. 15 who sits on the Committe Of Financial Services, and co-sponsored by Rep. Ed Pastor-AZ dist. 4, who as chance might have it has a nice cushy top tier seat on the Committee Of Appropriations.  And of course there is Rep. Rick Renzi-AZ dist. 1 (probably still being questioned by the FBI for corruption allegations), Rep. Silvestre Reyes-TX dist. 16, (a handy friend for La Raza being as though he heads up the Permanent Select Committee On Intelligence and sits on the Committee On Armed Services).  And lets not forget Rep. Barney Frank-MA dist. 4, who just so happens to head up the Committee On Financial Services.  Talk about stacking the deck.  <sniff, sniff> Smell that?  The stench of political corruption and inside deals are overwhelming in this piece of legislation.

Federal expenditures already given to La Raza front organizations since 2000  average nearly 10 million dollars every year even without the additional 10 million anually proposed in HR-1999.  If that were to become legislative law, we would then be giving a self proclaimed militant racist organization hell bent on taking over the southwestern third of the United States as it’s own, 20 million dollars a year, forever, to help them achieve their goal.

One must wonder about the underlying motive here.  Does the Oligarchy in Washington really want to hand one third of the nation over to Mexico without a fight?  Or is La Raza a useful idiot in it’s use as a pawn to create rebellion sufficient enough to broaden the appeal of a North American Union.  History has shown the world that Mexico is altogether unable to form and keep a government, let alone a country.  They have been in shambles since the Spanish were evicted from leadership.  Benito Juarez brought his liberal ideals of pseudo-freedom to the people, and in turn, ruin to the country.  The notion of a North American Union, is probably the last hope for Mexico.

While it is their best and last hope, it would be our greatest mistake.  Ask any Canadian what they think of the idea.  They’re not too thrilled with the prospect either.  The only ones that benefit from such a move would be big business and finance, and of course our favorite and most protected third world country to the immediate south.

Dear Friends: 

Together we have won many battles in our ongoing efforts to secure our borders and protect our nation from the scourge of illegal immigration.  Whether the battle was Proposition 200 to deny public benefits from those here illegally and to protect the sanctity of the ballot box, our most recent success in passing employer sanctions at the State Legislature, or our successes in between, our combined efforts have turned the tide here in Arizona. 

The real danger, as always, lies in Washington, D.C., where in the last few months we have seen open-border and cheap-labor advocates, working hand-in-hand with racist groups like La Raza, try to pass legislation that would grant amnesty to nearly 20 million illegal aliens, while opening our borders and systems to further abuses.  Together, we rallied and defeated their attempts to pass this for the remainder of this year and next, but I remain deeply concerned about what the next Congress will do and what position our next President will take.  Clearly, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats favor amnesty as a solution, as do a few of the Republican candidates as well. 

What was most disappointing in this year’s struggle, and what I fear most in the next round of battles, was how the pro-amnesty position was primarily championed by Republicans.  Sure, Ted Kennedy was there (isn’t he always?), but prominent Republicans, including Arizona Republicans like Sen. John McCain and Rep. Jeff Flake were there as well, leading the charge.  What a terrible and misleading signal it sends when border state officials claim that we cannot secure our borders or worse, that we should not even try to secure them. 

Ultimately, no matter how much we do here in Arizona, this battle will be won or lost in our nation’s capitol.  That is why I have listened to so many of you when you have asked that I consider running for Congress, and that is why I have formed this Exploratory Committee! Our first goal is to raise $25,000 to pay for critical research and polling so that we can be sure that this race is winnable.  If we determine that it is, then we can formally begin a campaign to take back this district for the people of Arizona, and perhaps inspire a movement to take back America one state at a time.

My friends, I do not take this contest lightly.  I am a 5^th generation Arizonan (on both sides of my family) and I am deeply committed to our great state and the founding principles of this great nation.  While Congressman Flake and I may agree on a whole host of fiscal and social issues, we have profound and fundamental differences on the critical issues of national security, sovereignty and the rule of law.

Tough Week for National Security, Good Week for Illegal Immigration

This was a tough week for national security, the rule of law but it was a great week for illegal immigration. It’s not rocket science to connect the dots or digest the preponderance of events this past week to see the alarming effects illegal aliens, activist courts, the Bush administration and Mexico’s apparent control over policy in this county is having. The depth of the breach of national security is endless with the combination.

The first two news articles below are the results of rulings by the 9th circuit court of appeals in San Francisco on Friday. The fact that these rulings came out of this court is somewhat comforting since this is the most fundamentally flawed court the U.S. has ever produced, and the most overturned and in all likelihood the rulings will be reversed on appeal. This court is on track to have created more laws than the legislative branch with their activists agenda. This is a court that needs to be pulled out by the roots, broken up, and reassembled into at least 3 courts. A few of their honorable stats:

The Ninth Circuit has demonstrated contempt – if not open hostility – for the rule of law and the limited role of judges in our constitutional design. The Ninth’s decisions are often so far outside the judicial mainstream that the question is not whether the Supreme Court will reverse, but when.

Of the 80 cases the Supreme Court decided this past term through opinions, 56 cases arose from the federal appellate courts, three from the federal district courts, and 21 from the state courts. The court reversed or vacated the judgment of the lower court in 59 of these cases. Specifically, the justices overturned 40 of the 56 judgments arising from the federal appellate courts (or 71%), two of the three judgments coming from the federal district courts (or 67%), and 17 of the 21 judgments issued by state courts (or 81%).

Notably, the 9th Circuit accounted for both 30 percent of the cases (24 of 80) and 30 percent of the reversals (18 of 59) the Supreme Court decided by full written opinions this term. In addition, the 9th Circuit was responsible for more than a third (35%, or 8 of 23) of the High Court’s unanimous reversals that were issued by published opinions. Thus, on the whole, the 9th Circuit’s rulings accounted for more reversals this past term than all the state courts across the country combined and represented nearly half of the overturned judgments (45%) of the federal appellate courts.

This is what happened this week in the U.S. with regards to National Security, the rule of law and illegal alien’s effect on the country:

Mexico trucks to roll on U.S. highways

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Bush administration can proceed with a plan to open the U.S. border to long haul Mexican trucks as early as next week after an appeals court rejected a bid by labor, consumer and environmental interests to block the initiative.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco late on Friday denied an emergency petition sought by the Teamsters union, the Sierra Club and consumer group Public Citizen to halt the start of a one-year pilot program that was approved by Congress after years of legal and political wrangling.

The Transportation Department welcomed the decision and said in a statement that allowing more direct shipments from Mexico will benefit U.S. consumers.

Judge stays rule requiring employers to fire illegal immigrants

A federal judge in San Francisco blocked the Bush administration Friday from imposing a rule requiring employers to fire workers identified as illegal immigrants in government records or face possible prosecution.

U.S. District Judge Maxine Chesney granted a nationwide temporary restraining order sought by the AFL-CIO and affiliated unions to keep the government from sending letters to employers demanding that they clear up workers’ citizenship status.

The order will be in effect until Oct. 1, when another federal judge will consider whether to grant an injunction that would block the rule until a trial on the unions’ lawsuit against the government is held.

The Social Security Administration cannot start sending out letters to employers next week that carry with them more serious penalties for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Ruling on a lawsuit by the nation’s largest federation of labor unions against the U.S. government, U.S. District Judge Maxine Chesney granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the so-called “no-match” letters from going out as planned starting Tuesday…

Man ‘evicted for English’ will sue for discrimination

STUART, Fla. – The battle over a South Florida business ordered out of its location purportedly because the tenant speaks English and not Spanish is now headed for the legal system after being evicted.

Not even teachers can speak English

An official state inspection of Arizona public schools reveals that many students are being taught English by Spanish-speaking teachers whose command of English is so poor that the officials can barely understand them.

The recent inspection revealed teachers providing instruction in Spanish instead of the legally required English, students unable to answer questions in English, and teachers’ instructions such as “Sometimes, you are not gonna know some.”

The results of the inspections were reported by the Arizona Republic, which concluded hundreds of students in the state are trying to learn English from teachers who don’t know the language.

“Some teachers’ English was so poor that even state officials strained to understand them,” the assessment found. “At a dozen districts, evaluators found teachers who ignored state law and taught in Spanish.”

Other visits uncovered:

• In the Humboldt Unified District, one teacher said, “How do we call it in English?”
• In Phoenix’s Isaac Elementary, a teacher said. “My older brother always put the rules.”
• In Marana, a teacher said, “You need to make the story very interested to the teacher.”

Attorneys in Hazleton illegal immigrant case ask for $2.3 million

Plaintiffs who successfully sued to overturn Hazleton’s illegal immigrant law want the city to pay more than $2.3 million in legal fees.

U.S. District Judge James Munley struck down the Illegal Immigration Relief Act in July, ruling it unconstitutional. Hazleton has appealed the ruling to the Philadelphia-based 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lawyers representing the plaintiffs asked Munley on Friday to award them more than $2.3 million in fees and another $45,000 in related costs.

“But for the efforts of the private lawyers and public-interest law groups involved in prosecuting this matter, plaintiffs would not have been able to seriously challenge Hazleton’s unconstitutional ordinances and the lives of plaintiffs and other similarly situated residents of Hazleton would have been adversely and irreparably affected,” the lawyers said in a petition.

Parks commish condemned for Minuteman involvement
Kansas City councilwoman says border group ‘one step from KKK’

A newly appointed parks commissioner in Kansas City, Mo., is being condemned by the city council for being part of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps – which wants to secure the American border against unauthorized individuals, military and contraband.

“This is one step from the KKK,” city council member Beth Gottstein told the Kansas City Star. “My world is totally rocked by this. We fight this every day. I am grieving for my friends in the Hispanic community.”

Border Patrol agent wants federal trial

A Border Patrol agent charged with murder in the shooting of an illegal immigrant is asking to have his case moved from state to federal court, and prosecutors aren’t objecting.

Lawyers for Nicholas Corbett argue that the agent’s actions were necessary and proper to perform his duties as a federal law enforcement agent, so he is immune from state prosecution under the U.S. Constitution.

They have asked the U.S. District Court in Tucson to take over the case and asked Cochise County Superior Court this week to send the case to federal court.

Cochise County Attorney Ed Rheinheimer said Thursday that the petition “comes as no surprise, and we don’t see any grounds to oppose it. We’ll just let it run its course.”

Sean Chapman, one of Corbett’s lawyers, said he could not comment because the motion was pending before a federal court.

Corbett pleaded not guilty Aug. 20 to second-degree murder, manslaughter and negligent homicide in the shooting of Francisco Javier Dominguez Rivera, 22, of Puebla, Mexico.

Corbett, 39, told a supervisor he shot Dominguez Rivera on June 12 near the border east of Naco after the man threatened him with a rock. Witnesses said Corbett shot him without provocation.

Mexican Government Increasing Fight Against US Immigration Laws

In yet another attempt of a foreign government to end US immigration laws and create a no-holds-barred open southern border scenario, the Mexican Senate has “ruled” that the USA has no right to deport illegal-alien Mexicans from its country. Citing the recent ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) deportation of, at least, two-time-offender illegal alien Elvira Arellano, Mexican Senator Humberto Zazue said: “We cannot remain quiet in view of this injustice and must ask for firm action from our authorities!” Firm action from our authorities? What is Zazue advocating? Increased violence from Mexican “authorities” at our southern border, perhaps? Is this another step in Mexico’s plan to take portions of the US as Mexican territories?

Note: It already appears that Mexico has a growing number of the US Border Patrol “leadership” members in their back pockets. As a prime example, West Texas Laredo US Border Patrol Chief Carlos X. Carrillo has firmly decided that protecting the southern border from both illegals and drug smugglers is not the job of the USBP. In no uncertain terms, Carrillo strongly advised Laredo citizens: “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The Border Patrol’s job is not to stop illegal immigrants. The Border Patrol’s job is not to stop narcotics or contraband or narcotics. The Border Patrol’s mission is not to stop criminals!” Carrillo goes on to say: “The Border Patrol’s mission is to stop terrorists and terrorist weapons from entering the country.” Really? Then tell me, Mr. Carrillo, how do you know a terrorist is a terrorist unless you stop and interrogate those attempting to illegally enter the country? And further, Mr. Carrillo, who rendered the decision that the USBP’s role at the border was not to apprehend illegals and/or drug dealers? Was it your boss? Or, is this simply your personal foreign policy agenda? From Carrillo’s pronouncements, one must assume that illegal crossings of “workers” and drug smuggling gang members run rampant in Laredo.

Unreported in the main stream media was Mexico’s threat to charge trade tariffs on U.S. imports if the U.S. proceeded with the border fence and current immigration law. They have complained to the U.N. about the border fence and our immigration laws, yet it remains a felony to enter Mexico illegally along with two years of jail time-unless you have enough money to pay off an official. They have a captive audience with the U.N. since the U.N. does not recognize the concept of illegal aliens. The U.N. uses the term regular migrate and irregular migrate. The U.N. is a strong advocate of open borders.

The above scenarios are not cherry picked highlights of the year , but just this past week, and represent just a few examples.

It is paramount as to who wins the next presidential election as far as national security is concerned. I am not sure if a Democrat could conceivably do as much damage as Bush has done to erode our national security via our borders. It is irrelevant what past administrations have done concerning illegal immigration. 9/11 should have changed the rules concerning our borders and the 600,000 unaccounted for criminal and expired visa aliens in the country, but it has escaped Senor Bush’s myopic vision of a open border continent.

As far the Republicans presidential candidate front runners go, Giuliani turned New York into a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants and would doubtfully change the direction of U.S. border security even though his city was attacked by illegal aliens with expired visas. John McCain is pro amnesty for illegal aliens and co-authored the bill offering amnesty. Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter are the only two candidates in the race at the moment that have the capability of drawing a line in the sand and not only halting this invasion but reversing it. They are the only two candidates that would have the foresight to suspend NAFTA and anything related to it until the Mexican government starts legitimately working to curb the flow illegal aliens into the U.S. and we get illegal immigration to a manageable level. It is well past time for someone to play hard ball with the Mexican government. There is a time for diplomacy and a time for action. It is time for action.

When 18 year old Virginia Gutierrez was pulled over last August 11th in Phoenix for driving with her lights off, the last thing she probably expected was that she would be deported back to Mexico in less than a week. The honors student graduate from North High School, who had received a fair share of scholarship money and was planning to attend ASU, was an illegal alien.

Her supporters are trying to get her sent back to the U.S. and are screaming accusations of injustice and unfairness. Injustice? It would appear that justice has been served. Unfairness? Well, I’ll agree with that. It was unfair that her lawbreaking parents didn’t care enough about her future to have their daughter LEGALLY educated in the United States. It was unfair that though they knew they were unlawfully residing in America and reaping the benefits of an education for Virginia at the taxpayers expense, that they allowed her to become complacent in the knowledge that she was here illegally. No matter how well she did in school, no matter how friendly and nice she was, no matter how pretty and bright… she was an illegal alien who would forever be limited in her future and her freedom without proof of citizenship. The law is the law. Justice was served and, life is unfair.

It would appear that Virginia Gutierrez is continuing to exhibit that she is far more intelligent than her lawbreaking parents who brought her across the border when she was only a child. Rather than risk forced deportation proceedings and not be allowed back into the U.S. for a minimum of ten years, she voluntarily accepted deportation where she can now, while in Mexico, apply for a student visa. She will most likely return to the U.S. under such a visa and hopefully for her sake, apply for citizenship. With a little luck and her continued good grades and work ethic, she just might be a U.S. citizen by the time she graduates college.

As for her parents, they have no one to blame for this but themselves. They continue to hide in the shadows and live the lives of criminals trying to cheat the system and ignore the laws of citizenship. While their daughter has paid the price for their criminal behavior and is attempting to go about things the legal and correct way, her parents sit here comfortably in the U.S. and yell accusations of injustice and unfairness. Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez, there is much you can learn from your daughter.

We wish the best of luck to Virginia.  We hope she is able to secure a student visa post haste and continue her education.  We hope she applies for citizenship and becomes an American citizen.

Commentary:  It’s long been understood that American unions put high priority on increasing membership.  What is crucial for you to realize is that they will quickly dump the American worker and any allegiance to the red, white and blue if they can continue to get hordes of illegal workers to pay dues.

The AFL-CIO is selling out the American worker.

(AP) The Social Security Administration cannot start sending out letters to employers next week containing notification of more serious penalties for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Ruling on a lawsuit by the nation’s largest federation of labor unions against the U.S. government, U.S. District Judge Maxine Chesney granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the so-called “no-match” letters from going out as planned starting Tuesday.

The AFL-CIO lawsuit, filed this week, claims that new Department of Homeland Security rules outlined in accompanying letters threaten to violate workers’ rights and unfairly burden employers. Chesney said the court needs “breathing room” before making any decision on the legality of new penalties aimed at cracking down on the hiring of illegal immigrants.

She set the next hearing on the matter for Oct. 1.

Immigration manifesto

The immigration policies currently in vogue in most Western countries show increasing signs of being unsustainable, and the associated problems are likely to grow ever more severe in the coming years. This is one of the largest ethical dilemmas of our time. We therefore believe the entire foundation for the prevailing regime needs to be reconsidered, and submit this manifesto as a starting point for reasoning about these challenges.

1. It is a moral duty to promote human rights all over the world.
2. The concept of human rights must not be confused with any particular legal implementation or formulation of that concept, since such explications could contain internal inconsistencies or imply consequences that would cause conflict with the previous tenet.
3. The worth of a human being is independent of his or her gender, religion, ethnic background, sexual preferences, culture, language, and other such markers.
4. Cooperation across cultural, language, religious, and ethnic borders is desirable and necessary.
5. Even so, culture, language, religion, and ethnicity are instrumental in establishing each individual’s identity, and thus central in forming his or her sense of belonging and loyalty. Any policy aimed at sustainability must take this into account.
6. It is therefore legitimate for any sovereign state to implement restrictions towards non-citizens in such a way that control over its demographic development is retained.
7. It is unacceptable, without foregoing careful consideration and proper democratic processes, that political dispositions be made to alter the demographic composition of a state in such a way that its stability, its inner cohesion, and the mutual loyalty of its population be threatened.

We are apprehensive of individuals, organizations, and other legal entities that try to quench free and open debate on the above issues, and regard such political actors as having little or no legitimacy in questions of democracy and human rights. Moreover, ideologies and political movements whose goals are irreconcilable with the above tenets should be considered devoid of moral and intellectual integrity, unless they are able to justify said discrepancy.

There is definitely a lot of the European mind at work here, even if it is conservative. No doubt, these are conservative words, but they are flavored by the European experience.

1. I disagree with the notion that we have a moral duty to promote human rights all over the world.  Just as surely as all cultures are not equal, most cultures have divergent views regarding morality and human rights.   I believe that our duty to other nations and cultures ends with Winthrop’s “city on a hill” concept, perhaps as reprised by Reagan.  Our only moral duty is to seek higher good in America through human freedom so that we can be an example that other nations not yet so blessed might emulate if they desire. That is as far as I’m willing to go with it. Making it a “moral duty” to directly affect the mores or human rights policies and practices of other lands is inviting the hubris of full-time interventionism. It risks hunting neoconservative snipes that would entangle us with foreign enemies and alliances far beyond what is prudent, or what was prescribed by our founding fathers.
2. Placing caveats on the first point isn’t really a second point. It’s acknowledging a weakness in the original proposition. It says that point one needs work.
3. I would define the “worth of a human being” quite differently. My writing of it would go something like this: “The worth of every individual, at conception, is identical and divinely equivalent. At that point differentiation begins, and it continues throughout each life thanks to myriad things that affect the character of every individual. A person’s “worth” is malleable, shaped by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The United States Declaration of Independence contends that all people are created equal; it does not say that all people are always equal, all the time. We must be wary not to equivocate through the use such charged ideas like “human worth;” when we start thinking this way, it opens the door for political correctness to gain a foothold from which it can play its leveling game. We will be too soon tempted to insist that all men are of equal worth all of the time regardless of whatever influences to which they have been subjected. That’s socialism.”
4. I’ll agree that cooperation across cultural, language, religious, and ethnic borders is usually necessary, but it isn’t always desirable. It should only be undertaken with hefty doses of skepticism, intolerance and caution.
5. This fifth point is merely a modifier of the fourth. Maybe the fourth and fifth point should be combined: “Heritage, culture, language, religion, and ethnicity are instrumental in establishing each individual’s identity and essential to the development of a healthy sense of belonging. Every action by government must take this into account. While cooperation across cultural, language, religious, and ethnic borders is often necessary, it is not always desirable because of its potential to undermine a healthy sense of belonging throughout a population. Engage with others often; trust only when prudent and necessary; and, assert the primacy of one’s similars at all times.
6. This was pretty good.  It is not only legitimate, but history renders it prescriptive, that every sovereign state has a right to and should be selective and restrict non-citizens that enter its territory in such a manner that its demographic traits are neither radically nor quickly altered by the impositions that aliens naturally make in relation to their numbers.
7. This was pretty good too.  I’d add that no government in a republican form of democracy has a right to do anything that might alter the demographic composition of its nation without first obtaining the full, well-informed, long-considered and diligently vetted consent of the governed.

Jørgen and Jens made an admirable try, but there is too much in it that doesn’t apply to American experience. I hope that this is just the beginning of a dialog. We need to have this with the native stock people of our ancestral source nations; we’re all in this Western Civilization boat together. And we face problems too similar not to share wisdom.

This time in the City of Surprise, Arizona.  RidersUSA in conjunction with other groups and private citizens arrived in Surprise, a suburb of Phoenix to take over and protest on a vacant lot that has been a Mecca for illegal alien day laborers.  The site has been watched for quite some time and has been known to host over a hundred day laborers waiting for lawbreaking businesses and contractors to come by and illegally pick them up for cheap labor and slave wages.

According to US Code TITLE 8, Chapter 12, Sub. 2, Part 9 1324a;  it is in violation of federal law to hire illegal aliens.  Yet, dozens upon dozens of contractors and businesses do it everyday at the intersection of Greenway Road & Grand Avenue.  So much so that illegal alien day laborers show up there everyday waiting to be picked up.

The City of Surprise is trying to pass an ordinance making this activity illegal.  Due to many rallys and events being held the same day throughout the valley, only a small contingent of RidersUSA was available for this location on Saturday to help lend support to the ordinance.  Many private citizens joined us.  Several people who saw us protesting, parked their cars, picked up a sign, and joined us in our effort.  

A wonderful American Patriot whom I will refer to as The Good Doctor, was out on Grand Ave. and Greenway with her bull horn stating the laws chapter and verse.  She is a brilliant woman armed to the teeth with facts and knowledge.  She’s pretty funny too.  She got out of her car, walked up to the group of bikers getting signs together and said, “Good morning girls, let’s get to work!”  With that, our little protest had begun.

There was a HUGE show of support from the Surprise Police Dept., the El Mirage Police Dept. and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Dept.  All three agencies were on site during the protest and did a wonderful job in keeping the peace over what was a rather irate gathering of illegal alien opposition.  We showed up on what they regarded as “their turf”.  These illegals had obviously never been confronted in such a manner as this in their own front yard.  It’s about time. 

On several occasions throughout the morning we were politely confronted by what I assume to be American citizens of Hispanic ancestry and asked to explain our opposition to “people just looking for work”.  We politely did, and in a few cases parted ways agreeing to disagree.  Most other times the inquirers where not really at all interested in our stance in the issue.  They said their piece and when we attempted to explain ours, we were called modern Nazis.  Ironic when you consider that the La Raza pro illegal immigrant mindset appears to be based in Mexican “national socialism”.  By nature of the definition, that would make them the Nazis.

There was one jerk that showed up in support of the lawless illegal aliens claiming to be a former Glendale police officer who quit “because of the politics”, and obviously no longer had any respect for the law.  He looked rather young.  If he in fact left the force after only seven years, he must have joined the force when he was twelve.  This guy was a clown.  If he and his ilk are the ones promoting the illegal alien amnesty mistake, we may just have a good chance to continue defeating it. 

The guy made the mistake of mouthing off to Buffalo Rick.  Rick is not one to back down in an argument.  In fact, he will verbally bury you quickly.  One thing NOBODY should EVER do is question the man’s patriotism and loyalty to America and the American dream.  There are several people in America today that whether you agree or disagree with their opinions, they’ve earned the right through brutal bloody sacrifice and service to this country to voice their opinion.  Buffalo Rick is one of those people.  He’s an honest to goodness American hero.  He doesn’t need some punk ass kid who has proven himself to be a traitor to his country and a quitter in his community trying to lecture him on anything.  You’re part of the problem kid.  Grow up and be an American.

All in all it was a good morning.  We definitely stirred the pot with our presence.

The threats to our national security in the order of their threat level:

1. George Bush’s lack of immigration enforcement since 9-11. His immigration plan would be the equivalent of putting bars on all the windows in the front of your house, adding three additional deadbolts to the front door, installing a state of the art alarm, placing armed guards in the front of the house and at the same time you leave the back door wide open and place signs in the front yard saying” come around back the door is open.” We were attacked on our soil by people who should not have been here. The absolute first thing would have been to shut down the borders and run anyone coming into this country from a middle eastern background under the microscope and find any and everyone not supposed to be here i.e. the 600,000 criminal illegals from around the world with expired visas, crimes, etc. that are still unaccounted for. Engaging in a war with a country that posed no direct threat to this country without addressing our borders and illegal infiltration is nothing short of ignorant. If a group of caucasians bombed a holy site in an Arabic country you could expect nothing less than the tables being turned. And justifiably so. It is the only effective way to stop it in it’s tracks.
2. Michael Chertoff and the Office of Home Land Security. This weed is allegedly in charge of enforcing the laws that are on the books with regards to immigration and national security. Rather than focusing on building the border fence that has been mandated and funded, he has spent his time parading around the country as a politician and lobbyist trying to sell Bush’s snake oil immigration plan. His department is also responsible for the idiotic screening process at the airports. A 75 year old nun in a wheelchair is just as likely to be searched as a person who would fit the profile of someone who would be the most likely to commit an act of terrorism. You know who I am talking about. Keep in mind that not all Muslims are terrorist, but nearly all terrorist are Muslims. This should be tattooed on Chertoff’s forehead in an inverted fashion so he sees it every time he looks in the mirror. Michael Chertoff and the Homeland Security Agency would be better served consulting with odds makers in Vegas on who would be a more likely candidate as a terrorist, a nun or a person of middle eastern ancestry chanting Allah rather than bowing to political correctness for their inane procedures. In Vegas the house always comes out ahead.
3. Alberto Gonzales and the Justice Department who is in the pocket of the Mexican government when it comes to prosecuting Border Agents vis a vis illegal aliens and drug smugglers. And for allowing the Mexican government to be involved in any capacity in the cases and witnesses being investigated on the U.S. side of the border.
4. The Democrat controlled Congress has not passed any law or policy to weaken our national security-yet. They have tried but their efforts have so far been benign. They have been chipping away at the intelligence gathering procedures at Guantanamo Bay. The Democrats and their left wing loons are still wringing their hands over the tactics used to coerce intelligence from the prisoners there concerning national intelligence. If one of their children or spouses were captured and held hostage with threats of being beheaded and they had one hour alone with someone who knew the location of the hostage and they had anything at their disposal to get the information, what would they do? That should be the standard for extracting information.
5. Al Qaeda comes in at fifth because even though they would attack us on our soil again, they are not a direct threat unless they are here. The misguided policies that have been in place since 9-11 and the political correctness that is driving our national security policy is the only avenue they need to execute an attack. They are here and the only thing keeping more from coming into this country is Chertoff and his Home Land Security Department. The Bush administration can expand F.I.S.A. all you want and listen to whatever they want but until all threats are eradicated from our back yard and their entrance into the U.S. is cut off, you can expect nothing less than another attack here.

Commentary:      Where’s the ACLU?  I thought they were in the business of fighting to protect the civil liberties and constitutional rights of minorities.  Well, in San Francisco we have a gentleman who is being persecuted by local government no less for simply exercising his First Amendment right.  According to census statistics and a recent New York Times article, which all you ACLU people accept as gospel, this man is clearly now a minority and is being persecuted by “THE MAN”.  Since when is it ok for a government entity to persecute a single citizen who has done nothing wrong.  How come Sharpton and Jackson aren’t  standing on the steps of city hall demanding an apology from Gerardo Sandoval for his malicious deeds upon a minority?  Where’s the outrage?  I demand that the ACLU send their first available Red Diaper Doper Baby Attorney to San Francisco post haste.  They have work to do.

San Francisco city officials are trying to force taxpayers to pay for immigrants’ green cards and citizenship – and to bolster their case for the new tax, they’ve introduced a resolution condemning national radio talk-show host Michael Savage for what they call his “defamatory language … against immigrants.”

Supervisor Chris Daly, reacting to the new and significantly higher federal fee structure for immigrants seeking citizenship, imposed last week by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, complained that the fee hikes raise concerns that immigrants “cannot obtain safe pathways to legal immigrant status and citizenship” and “further exacerbates pressures on families, increasing stress,” according to the San Francisco Examiner.

Under the new fee structure, the cost to apply for a green card is now $930, up $605 from the old fee. Citizenship applications went from $330 to $595. On Tuesday, Daly asked the city attorney to draw up legislation that would subsidize immigrants applying for citizenship, green cards and petitions for relatives and workers.

On the same day, apparently to further generate sympathy for immigrants and bolster Daly’s bailout effort, Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval introduced a resolution condemning popular radio talk-show host Michael Savage, a mainstay of the San Francisco airways for years. Since he was syndicated nationally by Talk Radio Network, Savage has become one of the nation’s most-listened-to radio talkers.

Last night I was listening to J.D. on his radio talk show extract his pound of flesh from Mitchell’s vote change on the floor of the House.  Indeed, Mitchell’s act was a pathetic display of statesmanship (or should I say, lack there of).  Hayworth certainly had fun with it.  It was a rather classic piece of irony. 

One thing is certain.  Our attempts to send ANYBODY to D.C. representing us and not the special interests or party bosses, isn’t going very well.  It doesn’t seem to matter which side of the aisle they sit on.  One has to wonder what’s in the water there that corrupts everyone that drinks from the fountain.

Mitchell’s asshattery last week was a HUGE slap in the face not only to Arizona, but also to the vast majority of his constituency.  He blatantly reneged on his promise to his constituents and caved in to his party bosses.  I guess you could say he pulled a Kyl on us.  Arizona’s Own Espresso Pundit has the ugly details.

Take a moment and watch the video.  Harry Mitchell clearly casts the deciding vote to kill the Republican amendment that would have prevented illegal aliens from profiting off of the farm bill.

What is Mitchell thinking?  He cast the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would have prevented illegal aliens from getting government benefits.  Similar measures on the Arizona ballot passed with nearly 75% support.  Mitchell had the chance to side with the voters of his district, or with the Democratic Leadership.  He was with the voters initially, but when it became clear that his vote was actually going to matter, he jumped back into Nancy Pelosi’s arms. 

Now contrast that against what Harry Mitchell said in one of his first campaign commercials.

You’re right Harry.  There is DEFINATLY need for a change in Washington, again.  And you have proven you’re not it.  You havn’t even been there a year and you’ve already fogotten about the people you represent.  At least J.D. waited ’till his re-election, or at least ’till Newt was gone, to just give lip service to his constituents and serve the special interests and party bosses.  You made a beeline straight toward corruption and party politics.  I guess we can chalk another one up to the ilk and likes of Jon”Benedict”Kyl.

Every time I read or write about these damn politicians that claim to represent us, I think about good people like Mr. Nelson Lee Walker.  Of course we know what he would tell us.  “Tro da bums out!”

There was a pretty good turnout to protest the hiring of illegal aliens. 

To refresh your memory, Mac Magruder owner of several McDonald’s franchises in the Phoenix area, leads the “Wake up coalition of greed fueled lawbreaking asshats”.  His group is challenging the recently passed HB-2779 on the basis that he and others will no longer be able to hire illegals and exploit them, and our laws, for profit.

Do you ever wonder WHO the illegal aliens are, WHERE they live, and WHO is illegally employing them? Much of that information is in the hands of the Arizona Department of Revenue and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Apparently, these two government agencies are IMMUNE to prosecution under federal immigration statutes pertaining to “aiding and abetting”. Their role in the criminal chain starting at the White House is to either collect tax on illegally-earned wages OR assist illegal alien criminals by converting YOUR tax dollars into refund checks.

The U.S. Internal Revenue Service KNOWINGLY issues “Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers” (ITIN) to illegal aliens who apply for them. The ITIN is a nine digit number (like an SSN) that ALWAYS begins with a 9 (nine). Here are some highlights of an I.R.S. form:

“WE ASSIGNED YOU AN IRS INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (ITIN)”

The following is true about your assigned ITIN:

It is for federal tax purposes only, for example, to file a tax return

It is not a social security number (SSN) but an identification number issued by IRS

It does not entitle you to social security benefits or the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)

If you do not use ITIN to file a tax return or other federal purpose, it can be revoked

It does not change your immigration status or make you eligible to work in the United States

If you become a U.S. citizen, or legal resident alien authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services, you will be eligible to get an SSN.

In that the IRS rules specifically EXCLUDES use of the Earned Income Credit, most illegal aliens would not be subject to a “refund” and might, like everyone else, have to pay in more tax with their return. So the likelihood that illegal aliens even file a federal tax return is remote, even though that is all the ITIN is good for. It is a good bet under the Bush administration that the Earned Income Credit IS being allowed by the I.R.S. either intentionally or by massive, overwhelming fraud by filers.

Now lets bring things a little closer to home. The Arizona Department of Revenue is KNOWINGLY accepting STATE OF ARIZONA tax returns from illegal aliens and sending out taxpayers dollars in refund checks. If that raises your blood pressure, read this:

1) The returns (all “refunds”) are being predominately compiled by “Hispancic” tax preparation services, which is a growing and very profitable fraud industry

2) These state returns are being filed USING the federal ITIN, which is expressly forbidden by the IRS

3) While the IRS specifically forbids the use of the Earned Income Credit on such returns, the Arizona D.O.R. is allowing use of the Arizona equivalent, the “Family Tax Credit”, which produces a refund 99 times out of 100. Example: an illegal alien with a spouse and one child has an income of $19,000.00; state income withholding of $20.00 (that’s right – $20.00) from one year’s pay; refund from Arizona D.O.R. $75.00 with Family Tax Credit

4) There is a current trend of illegal aliens filing these returns for MULTIPLE TAX YEARS. The Mexican tax preparation services are coaching illegals to file back as far as when they crossed the border illegally into Arizona. This could be generating total refunds averaging $300-$400 or more per illegal alien “family”. “Dependents” are NOT restricted to spouse and children; they include parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, or whoever has flopped into the illegal household. There are many instances of single, illegal Mexican men, filing as “head of household” over four or five dependents. “Stepchild” or “foster child” is a popular ruse used to defraud an overwhelmed and indifferent tax authority. Of course, when you steal across the international border in 130 degree heat with nothing but a menudo fork to your name, the first thing you want to do in the new homeland is “adopt”. Isn’t it nice to know your tax dollars are supporting “drop” or “safe” houses packed to the rafters with illegal alien criminals?

5) Filed with these returns are W-2 forms from the illegal alien criminal employers, many with ZERO withholding for Arizona state tax. ALL of these W-2 forms show REAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS which have been stolen or “borrowed”, and which have been used by criminal employers to “report” wages to the IRS and AZ D.O.R. This demonstrates beyond any doubt that employers are KNOWINGLY employing people whose social security numbers strike up a TILT. In some instances, the names on the W-2 forms DO NOT MATCH the name of the filer on the tax return!

We all understand that treasonous cheap-labor criminal George W. Bush has full control of federal agencies, which he commands to serve his illegal cheap-labor / high profit criminal cartel. But why is an Arizona State agency allowed to be a coconspirator in the sale of America for cheap labor profits at taxpayer expense?

The Arizona Department of Revenue knows THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of illegal alien criminals by name including their illegal “dependents”. THEY KNOW WHERE THE LIVE. THEY KNOW WHERE THEY WORK. THEY KNOW WHO IS EMPLOYING THEM. THEY KNOW THEY ARE USING STOLEN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.

Where are our Arizona state legislators while this is going on? Why isn’t the information in these filings (predominately from Maricopa county) being sent to the Maricopa county attorney and the Maricopa country sheriff’s office? Why is the Arizona Department of Revenue sending out our tax dollars in the form of “refunds” to KNOWN ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINALS? Why isn’t the Director of the Arizona Department of Revenue in prison? Why aren’t governor Napolitano and attorney general Goddard in prison with him? And why aren’t several thousand Arizona employers in shackles for social security fraud?

The regular, everyday citizens of America have no idea just how deep the George Bush cheap-labor criminal cartel conspiracy runs. Now we have to decide if the massive number of participants involved are suffering from good ‘ol American greed or do they represent a country fully infiltrated and saturated by Communist operatives. What better plan to destroy a country than for a Communist government regime to aid and abet a massive invasion of sovereignty and eventually thrust the country into civil war? An “immigration audit” needs to be performed on every state, county, and local government to determine the full extent of cheap-labor driven corruption and criminality. They are operating on YOUR money, and STEALING the future of your children, grandchildren, and the country your parents and their parents built.

Between 2000 and 2005, 4.1 million immigrant workers arrived in the U.S., accounting for 86% of the net increase in the total number of employed persons (16 & older), the highest share ever recorded in the U.S.  Of the 4.1 million, between 1.4 and 2.7 million are estimated to be illegal aliens. Also, between 2000 and 2005, the number of young (16 to 34) native-born men employed declined by 1.7 million – at the same time, the number of new male immigrant workers increased by 1.9 million. [Do you still believe the gov't employment rate stats?]

ACTION:   Please share this data with elected officials, particularly those who spew the PCBS (politically correct BULLSHIT!) about all the “contributions of illegal aliens to our society” AND “our economy would collapse without them”! However, NONE of this will matter IF our borders are not secured OR Pres. Here is Terry Funderburk’s story in his own words.

My name is Terry Funderburk. I live in Columbia, SC and have a small business in the new home construction industry here. I install copper on new homes. I have been in business for almost 20 years now and always had plenty of work lined up. Usually, I had 20 to 30 jobs lined up for the next few weeks. Last year my company grossed 176 thousand. I have 2 employees and a partner. (my son). This year though, things have gone to hell in a handbasket. Here we are almost into August and my business has grossed so far this year 18 thousand. (by this time last year we had grossed 110 grand). So whats different between this year and last year? Right, the illegal competition. Let me tell you a little story that actually happened to me this week (it still seems surreal). But it begins about a month ago. Then I stopped by a home that was being rebuilt due to a lightning strike last year I knew the homeowner, I have done 2 different copperjobs on his house before it burned down. I asked him if he was planning on installing copper on the front and rear porches and he said yes, to please give him a bid on it. He said that he had an international team of roofers to install the shingles on the roof and that if I wanted the copperjob to be sure to give him a low bid. He said that the international roofers got paid 4 to 5 dollars an hour for the shingles. (thats what American roofers were making in 1970). Well, I turned in a bid to him for 5 grand on the copperwork. A fair price. So this past Monday morning was when my adventure began. (and it ain’t over by a long shot). I drove by that house early Monday, the international roofing team was hard at work installing the copper. I saw red. I got enraged. I went home, made up 2 picket signs, one said illegals, stop stealing our jobs and the other simply said Enforce our laws. I told my wife that I probably wasn’t coming home that night because I was going to protest until I got arrested and taken to jail. In route to the job I called my son and told him what I was planning to do. I asked for his support, gave him my digital camera and had him park his truck across the intersection from the job with the camera and take pictures of me protesting that job. I got my picket sign and started marching up and down the street yelling. I brought out all of the homeowners neighbors told them exactly how cheap their friend was. Every vehicle that came by I made sure they slowed down, read my sign and saw how mad I was.

After about 30 minutes of doing this a single cop showed up. He pulled over, came up to me, grabbed my sign, threw it down on the road and told me to come to his patrol car with him. I asked him if I was under arrest, he said no that he just wanted to talk to me. I told him no, I wanted his hands off me, my sign back and that I wanted to keep expressing my first amendment rights. He grabbed me forcefully then, trying to steer me to his vehicle but I immediately sat down in the middle of the road. I was still yelling because I was madder than hell at that homeowner.

He cuffed my hands behind me then he real forcefully tried to pick me up so I yelled to my son, Police brutality, take a picture, lol, That cop took his hands off me then and called for a backup. The other cop arrived after 30 minutes or so and the entire time I am so pissed I yelled at everybody that came by. A lot of them gave a a thumbs up.

Once the cop was talking to the homeowner so I reached over and picked up my sign with my hands cuffed and yelled for my son to take a picture, (nice one too).

Well, both cops came over to me, I asked them if I was under arrest they said no. They picked me up (no help from me) and shoved me in the back of the patrol car.

I looked at the homeowner while they were doing this and he had a smirk on his face so I called him a cheap bastard. I asked both cops again if I was under arrest, they both said no so I demanded to be released. Then the first cop sat in the front seat and began to write a ticket. I asked him what was the charge he said cursing. lol. I started laughing then, it was just so damn funny (and tragic). I asked him, tell me, which crime is worse, cursing, that homeowner knowingly and admitting to employing illegals or the illegals breaking the law by being here illegally? Well, I certainly found out which crime is the most serious because I spent the next 22 hours in jail for cursing. When I got out of jail Tuesday afternoon I called and emailed 8 different law firms. I went to criminal court yesterday morning (for cursing mind you). The judge asked me how did I plead. I told him I wanted a jury trial. Thats what the lawyers had advised me. Every word in this story is true. I got the pictures to prove it. And the ticket for cursing too of course. My trial should be within the next 3 to six weeks, I’m just about bankrupt because of all the illegal competition, but I swear to God if I am found guilty of cursing I will take it all the way to the supreme court. I listened to Michael Savage the other evening and he said that there were 30 illegal Hispanics outside his studio protesting something he said over the air. He said that they sounded like they were offended and then he said that there are 180 million Americans offended by the millions of illegals flooding across our southern border but of the 2 groups who is our politicians and government listening to. The 30 illegals of course. But I tell you what, it is way past time for the American people to put there feet down, to get rid of most of the bums in Washington and locally and get this country back to the way it was before it became politically correct. The way things are going these days I fear for the future of my kids and grandkids. Is there anybody out there with me or can offer me any advice? Thanks for reading a tragic story from a very outraged patriot. Almost forgot, but I am not one of Senator Lindsey Grahams bigots(this fellow is gone come nov 08). I am married to a beautiful lady from the Philippines. It cost 15 grand in visa and lawyer fees to get her here LEGALLY. The process took 2 years. She didn’t have a border to just stroll across like our southern neighbors love to do all the time.

 Commentary:  Rep. Russell Pearce, R-Mesa, is right on the money in this argument.  The “Wake Up Coalition of Greed Fueled Law-Breaking Asshats”, who are void of any real and valid basis for their opposition to a law requiring them to forfeit profit for compliance, are left with nothing but to throw out the already spent “race card”.  This coalition of greedy lawbreakers claim that if they are forced out of business by continuing to break the law, “Anglos” will lose their jobs too.

I refuse to sink down to the coalitions level as referring to this in racial terms.  If lawbreaking businesses are forced out of business for hiring illegal workers, then the few and far between legal employees will find work with other employers.  And get this… MANY new legal businesses will start up and fill the void as the market dictates.  You see, it’s simple economics.  Every single one of these greedy lawbreaking business owners know this.  They are simply trying to protect their sleazy and quite profitable scheme of hiring illegal workers and paying them slave wages.

Business Owner Group Says Illegal-Hire Law Will Hurt Anglos Too

PHOENIX — A new state law intended to deny work to those here illegally will end up costing a lot of Anglo Arizonans their jobs.

That’s what a group of Arizona business owners hope to convince the state’s non-Hispanic majority of — that it’s in their own best interest to quash laws punishing companies for knowingly hiring undocumented workers.

Mac Magruder who heads the Wake Up Arizona coalition, said Tuesday the new law will have “devastating unintended consequence” on the state’s economy, and will do far more than just drive out the possible 500,000 people in Arizona illegally.

“When brown people lose their jobs, white people will lose their jobs,” he said.

He noted that the law, which takes effect Jan. 1, allows a judge to suspend a firm’s license to do business for up to 10 days. A second violation in three years means permanent revocation.

“When a business shuts down, where are they going to work?” asked Magruder.

Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox said fears of “racial profiling” may result in “a mass exodus of workers.” Wilcox, who also owns a Mexican restaurant in Phoenix, said companies that lose some of their work force will be unable to stay in business and have to lay everyone else off.

Besides backing court action to overturn the law, the coalition, which now has about 15 members, hopes to persuade voters to defeat an even tougher measure that may be on the 2008 ballot, possibly by launching a competing initiative more favorable to employers.

The campaign, however, started with some name calling.

Magruder, who owns seven McDonald’s franchises, said Rep. Russell Pearce, R-Mesa, architect of the law, would not negotiate in good faith during the legislative session.

“You can’t reason with hatred,” Magruder said. Asked later if he believes Pearce is a racist, Magruder said, “I mean, something walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, I wonder if it is.”

Pearce, however, noted the law punishes only firms that knowingly or intentionally hire undocumented workers, which Pearce said protects other companies that hire only legal U.S. residents from unfair competition.

He said Magruder “wanted employer amnesty.”

“Anytime they run out of arguments . . . they throw out the race card,” Pearce said. “These are folks who simply don’t want the law enforced.”

Magruder said companies try to follow proper procedures, checking Social Security numbers and filling out federal hiring checklists. But he conceded someone must be hiring people who crossed the border illegally.

“What happens is, if you even start questioning those documents you can be sued for profiling,” Magruder said. “The business guy is really between a rock and hard place.”

Coalition members said the state should stay out of issues surrounding illegal immigration. But Gov. Janet Napolitano, who signed the measure, said that isn’t an option.

“The failure of this administration, this Congress to pass immigration reform in a comprehensive manner has serious repercussions for the states,” she said Tuesday.

If you call any ICE office to report illegal aliens, they refer you to the “Tip Line” at 1-866-347-2423.

Here you are given the option of pressing 1 for help with immigration and obtaining citizenship and pressing 2 to report illegal or suspicious activity. Of course, they warn you that you will be prosecuted for giving false information and then say that all personnel are busy please stay on the line. Then you are disconnected. Repeated calls get the same treatment and then are disconnected.

Commentary:     I’m not sure how it went un-noticed, many of us read that damn amnesty bill cover to cover.  It seems our illustrious and quite treasonous senators managed to slip language into the recently, and I might add temporarily defeated amnesty bill, that would have helped to bring forth the North American Union a lot quicker.  It’s no wonder President Bush was pushing the shamnesty bill so hard.  Americans, the few of us that are still left, must come together more than ever to STOP RETURNING THESE TREASONOUS AND CORRUPT POLITICIANS!  The incumbents, both Republican and Democrat alike are hell bent on destroying this country.  There should only be two questions to ask a candidate for office in these next several election cycles.  Will you secure America’s borders?  And, will you work against the destruction of America and the forming of a North American Union?  America is in jeopardy and we must be ever so careful with the selection of those we elect if we want there to still be an America for our children.  The ruling class in DC and most all of the current Senate members are pushing this hard and fast.  If we don’t act quick to stop it, we will most likely see the fruition of this travesty in the next several years.

In their place: One massive country, the North American Union (NAU), bordered by the Bering Sea to the north and Guatemala to the south, the Atlantic to the east and the Pacific to the west.

NAU citizens no longer spend dollars or salute Old Glory. They spend “ameros,” and the flag that waves over its capitals shows the entire Western Hemisphere.  

The national borders of the United States have been forever erased. While that scenario may sound far-fetched, critics of the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) warn that future could be here sooner than anyone realizes.

President Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin informally agreed to set up the SPP in 2005.

Not so well known is the fact that supporters of the NAU concept slipped an initiative into the recently defeated immigration reform act. Largely unnoticed amidst the amnesty furor that ultimately sunk the Immigration Bill was the statement, “It is the sense of Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico.”

The bill called for measures to boost the economy of Mexico, including:

U.S. support for Mexico, to strengthen its education and training programs.

A call for better health care for “poor and underserved” people in Mexico.

And U.S. assistance to “establish a program with the private sector to cover the health care needs of Mexican nationals temporarily employed in the United States.”

The bill also called for U.S. assistance to Mexican businesses and government to eliminate corruption, which it termed, “the single biggest obstacle to development.”"This was the first attempt by the SPP to go public, and it failed,” says Dr. Jerome Corsi, author of The Late Great USA. They thought nobody would notice. They were wrong.”Corsi called the SPP “a coup d-etat by bureaucratic means,” adding that it works underhandedly like a shadow government. “It is an attempt to turn North America into something like the European Economic Community,” he says, “which began with economic cooperation and expanded eventually to include a common market, and then a full-scale regional government replacing, in many ways, the governing powers of the member nations.”
