San Francisco Government “Savage” In Their Assault On Minorities.

 

Commentary:      Where’s the ACLU?  I thought they were in the business of fighting to protect the civil liberties and constitutional rights of minorities.  Well, in San Francisco we have a gentleman who is being persecuted by local government no less for simply exercising his First Amendment right.  According to census statistics and a recent New York Times article, which all you ACLU people accept as gospel, this man is clearly now a minority and is being persecuted by “THE MAN”.  Since when is it ok for a government entity to persecute a single citizen who has done nothing wrong.  How come Sharpton and Jackson aren’t  standing on the steps of city hall demanding an apology from Gerardo Sandoval for his malicious deeds upon a minority?  Where’s the outrage?  I demand that the ACLU send their first available Red Diaper Doper Baby Attorney to San Francisco post haste.  They have work to do.

San Francisco city officials are trying to force taxpayers to pay for immigrants’ green cards and citizenship – and to bolster their case for the new tax, they’ve introduced a resolution condemning national radio talk-show host Michael Savage for what they call his “defamatory language … against immigrants.”

Supervisor Chris Daly, reacting to the new and significantly higher federal fee structure for immigrants seeking citizenship, imposed last week by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, complained that the fee hikes raise concerns that immigrants “cannot obtain safe pathways to legal immigrant status and citizenship” and “further exacerbates pressures on families, increasing stress,” according to the San Francisco Examiner.

Under the new fee structure, the cost to apply for a green card is now $930, up $605 from the old fee. Citizenship applications went from $330 to $595. On Tuesday, Daly asked the city attorney to draw up legislation that would subsidize immigrants applying for citizenship, green cards and petitions for relatives and workers.

On the same day, apparently to further generate sympathy for immigrants and bolster Daly’s bailout effort, Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval introduced a resolution condemning popular radio talk-show host Michael Savage, a mainstay of the San Francisco airways for years. Since he was syndicated nationally by Talk Radio Network, Savage has become one of the nation’s most-listened-to radio talkers.

Democrat Leadership Eats It’s Young; Harry Mitchell Has No Spine

Commentary:   Rep. Harry Mitchell, D-AZ was sent to D.C. last year replacing J.D. Hayworth as Arizona’s representative from District 5.  He ran a campaign basically attacking Hayworth for becoming part of the Republican party’s “establishment” and being more in touch with his party bosses and special interest contributors than to his constituents.  All of which appears to have been true.  Now, I have no love for Harry Mitchell.  The guy is the antithesis of just about everything I stand for politically.  However, after being a staunch supporter and backer of Hayworth from the beginning, and watching him free-fall into the political party and special interest machine… Mitchell seemed to be a necessary evil.  I think that’s how many Republican voters in district 5 viewed it.

Last night I was listening to J.D. on his radio talk show extract his pound of flesh from Mitchell’s vote change on the floor of the House.  Indeed, Mitchell’s act was a pathetic display of statesmanship (or should I say, lack there of).  Hayworth certainly had fun with it.  It was a rather classic piece of irony. 

One thing is certain.  Our attempts to send ANYBODY to D.C. representing us and not the special interests or party bosses, isn’t going very well.  It doesn’t seem to matter which side of the aisle they sit on.  One has to wonder what’s in the water there that corrupts everyone that drinks from the fountain.

Mitchell’s asshattery last week was a HUGE slap in the face not only to Arizona, but also to the vast majority of his constituency.  He blatantly reneged on his promise to his constituents and caved in to his party bosses.  I guess you could say he pulled a Kyl on us.  Arizona’s Own Espresso Pundit has the ugly details.

Take a moment and watch the video.  Harry Mitchell clearly casts the deciding vote to kill the Republican amendment that would have prevented illegal aliens from profiting off of the farm bill.

What is Mitchell thinking?  He cast the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would have prevented illegal aliens from getting government benefits.  Similar measures on the Arizona ballot passed with nearly 75% support.  Mitchell had the chance to side with the voters of his district, or with the Democratic Leadership.  He was with the voters initially, but when it became clear that his vote was actually going to matter, he jumped back into Nancy Pelosi’s arms. 

Now contrast that against what Harry Mitchell said in one of his first campaign commercials.

You’re right Harry.  There is DEFINATLY need for a change in Washington, again.  And you have proven you’re not it.  You havn’t even been there a year and you’ve already fogotten about the people you represent.  At least J.D. waited ’till his re-election, or at least ’till Newt was gone, to just give lip service to his constituents and serve the special interests and party bosses.  You made a beeline straight toward corruption and party politics.  I guess we can chalk another one up to the ilk and likes of Jon”Benedict”Kyl.

Every time I read or write about these damn politicians that claim to represent us, I think about good people like Mr. Nelson Lee Walker.  Of course we know what he would tell us.  “Tro da bums out!”

There was a pretty good turnout to protest the hiring of illegal aliens. 

To refresh your memory, Mac Magruder owner of several McDonald’s franchises in the Phoenix area, leads the “Wake up coalition of greed fueled lawbreaking asshats”.  His group is challenging the recently passed HB-2779 on the basis that he and others will no longer be able to hire illegals and exploit them, and our laws, for profit.

GOV’T CORRUPTION RUNS AMOK! AZ Dept. of Revenue And I.R.S. Conspire In Illegal Alien Criminality

Do you ever wonder WHO the illegal aliens are, WHERE they live, and WHO is illegally employing them? Much of that information is in the hands of the Arizona Department of Revenue and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Apparently, these two government agencies are IMMUNE to prosecution under federal immigration statutes pertaining to “aiding and abetting”. Their role in the criminal chain starting at the White House is to either collect tax on illegally-earned wages OR assist illegal alien criminals by converting YOUR tax dollars into refund checks.

The U.S. Internal Revenue Service KNOWINGLY issues “Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers” (ITIN) to illegal aliens who apply for them. The ITIN is a nine digit number (like an SSN) that ALWAYS begins with a 9 (nine). Here are some highlights of an I.R.S. form:

“WE ASSIGNED YOU AN IRS INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (ITIN)”

The following is true about your assigned ITIN:

It is for federal tax purposes only, for example, to file a tax return

It is not a social security number (SSN) but an identification number issued by IRS

It does not entitle you to social security benefits or the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)

If you do not use ITIN to file a tax return or other federal purpose, it can be revoked

It does not change your immigration status or make you eligible to work in the United States

If you become a U.S. citizen, or legal resident alien authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services, you will be eligible to get an SSN.

In that the IRS rules specifically EXCLUDES use of the Earned Income Credit, most illegal aliens would not be subject to a “refund” and might, like everyone else, have to pay in more tax with their return. So the likelihood that illegal aliens even file a federal tax return is remote, even though that is all the ITIN is good for. It is a good bet under the Bush administration that the Earned Income Credit IS being allowed by the I.R.S. either intentionally or by massive, overwhelming fraud by filers.

Now lets bring things a little closer to home. The Arizona Department of Revenue is KNOWINGLY accepting STATE OF ARIZONA tax returns from illegal aliens and sending out taxpayers dollars in refund checks. If that raises your blood pressure, read this:

1) The returns (all “refunds”) are being predominately compiled by “Hispancic” tax preparation services, which is a growing and very profitable fraud industry

2) These state returns are being filed USING the federal ITIN, which is expressly forbidden by the IRS

3) While the IRS specifically forbids the use of the Earned Income Credit on such returns, the Arizona D.O.R. is allowing use of the Arizona equivalent, the “Family Tax Credit”, which produces a refund 99 times out of 100. Example: an illegal alien with a spouse and one child has an income of $19,000.00; state income withholding of $20.00 (that’s right – $20.00) from one year’s pay; refund from Arizona D.O.R. $75.00 with Family Tax Credit

4) There is a current trend of illegal aliens filing these returns for MULTIPLE TAX YEARS. The Mexican tax preparation services are coaching illegals to file back as far as when they crossed the border illegally into Arizona. This could be generating total refunds averaging $300-$400 or more per illegal alien “family”. “Dependents” are NOT restricted to spouse and children; they include parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, or whoever has flopped into the illegal household. There are many instances of single, illegal Mexican men, filing as “head of household” over four or five dependents. “Stepchild” or “foster child” is a popular ruse used to defraud an overwhelmed and indifferent tax authority. Of course, when you steal across the international border in 130 degree heat with nothing but a menudo fork to your name, the first thing you want to do in the new homeland is “adopt”. Isn’t it nice to know your tax dollars are supporting “drop” or “safe” houses packed to the rafters with illegal alien criminals?

5) Filed with these returns are W-2 forms from the illegal alien criminal employers, many with ZERO withholding for Arizona state tax. ALL of these W-2 forms show REAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS which have been stolen or “borrowed”, and which have been used by criminal employers to “report” wages to the IRS and AZ D.O.R. This demonstrates beyond any doubt that employers are KNOWINGLY employing people whose social security numbers strike up a TILT. In some instances, the names on the W-2 forms DO NOT MATCH the name of the filer on the tax return!

We all understand that treasonous cheap-labor criminal George W. Bush has full control of federal agencies, which he commands to serve his illegal cheap-labor / high profit criminal cartel. But why is an Arizona State agency allowed to be a coconspirator in the sale of America for cheap labor profits at taxpayer expense?

The Arizona Department of Revenue knows THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of illegal alien criminals by name including their illegal “dependents”. THEY KNOW WHERE THE LIVE. THEY KNOW WHERE THEY WORK. THEY KNOW WHO IS EMPLOYING THEM. THEY KNOW THEY ARE USING STOLEN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.

Where are our Arizona state legislators while this is going on? Why isn’t the information in these filings (predominately from Maricopa county) being sent to the Maricopa county attorney and the Maricopa country sheriff’s office? Why is the Arizona Department of Revenue sending out our tax dollars in the form of “refunds” to KNOWN ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINALS? Why isn’t the Director of the Arizona Department of Revenue in prison? Why aren’t governor Napolitano and attorney general Goddard in prison with him? And why aren’t several thousand Arizona employers in shackles for social security fraud?

The regular, everyday citizens of America have no idea just how deep the George Bush cheap-labor criminal cartel conspiracy runs. Now we have to decide if the massive number of participants involved are suffering from good ‘ol American greed or do they represent a country fully infiltrated and saturated by Communist operatives. What better plan to destroy a country than for a Communist government regime to aid and abet a massive invasion of sovereignty and eventually thrust the country into civil war? An “immigration audit” needs to be performed on every state, county, and local government to determine the full extent of cheap-labor driven corruption and criminality. They are operating on YOUR money, and STEALING the future of your children, grandchildren, and the country your parents and their parents built.

ACTION:   Please share this data with elected officials, particularly those who spew the PCBS (politically correct BULLSHIT!) about all the “contributions of illegal aliens to our society” AND “our economy would collapse without them”! However, NONE of this will matter IF our borders are not secured OR Pres. Bush succeeds in abolishing them (via his SPP, NAU, NAFTA Hwy), and illegal alien murders, drug smugglers and terrorists continue to be welcomed into our country.

You should be absolutely outraged by these statistics!  Americans should DEMAND that every single damn illegal immigrant be deported immediatly!  Too many?  Can’t be done, some say?  Well, lets get started and see how many we can deport before we say it can’t be done.

The Lone Protester – A Case In American Patriotism

Here is Terry Funderburk’s story in his own words.

My name is Terry Funderburk. I live in Columbia, SC and have a small business in the new home construction industry here. I install copper on new homes. I have been in business for almost 20 years now and always had plenty of work lined up. Usually, I had 20 to 30 jobs lined up for the next few weeks. Last year my company grossed 176 thousand. I have 2 employees and a partner. (my son). This year though, things have gone to hell in a handbasket. Here we are almost into August and my business has grossed so far this year 18 thousand. (by this time last year we had grossed 110 grand). So whats different between this year and last year? Right, the illegal competition. Let me tell you a little story that actually happened to me this week (it still seems surreal). But it begins about a month ago. Then I stopped by a home that was being rebuilt due to a lightning strike last year I knew the homeowner, I have done 2 different copperjobs on his house before it burned down. I asked him if he was planning on installing copper on the front and rear porches and he said yes, to please give him a bid on it. He said that he had an international team of roofers to install the shingles on the roof and that if I wanted the copperjob to be sure to give him a low bid. He said that the international roofers got paid 4 to 5 dollars an hour for the shingles. (thats what American roofers were making in 1970). Well, I turned in a bid to him for 5 grand on the copperwork. A fair price. So this past Monday morning was when my adventure began. (and it ain’t over by a long shot). I drove by that house early Monday, the international roofing team was hard at work installing the copper. I saw red. I got enraged. I went home, made up 2 picket signs, one said illegals, stop stealing our jobs and the other simply said Enforce our laws. I told my wife that I probably wasn’t coming home that night because I was going to protest until I got arrested and taken to jail. In route to the job I called my son and told him what I was planning to do. I asked for his support, gave him my digital camera and had him park his truck across the intersection from the job with the camera and take pictures of me protesting that job. I got my picket sign and started marching up and down the street yelling. I brought out all of the homeowners neighbors told them exactly how cheap their friend was. Every vehicle that came by I made sure they slowed down, read my sign and saw how mad I was.

After about 30 minutes of doing this a single cop showed up. He pulled over, came up to me, grabbed my sign, threw it down on the road and told me to come to his patrol car with him. I asked him if I was under arrest, he said no that he just wanted to talk to me. I told him no, I wanted his hands off me, my sign back and that I wanted to keep expressing my first amendment rights. He grabbed me forcefully then, trying to steer me to his vehicle but I immediately sat down in the middle of the road. I was still yelling because I was madder than hell at that homeowner.

He cuffed my hands behind me then he real forcefully tried to pick me up so I yelled to my son, Police brutality, take a picture, lol, That cop took his hands off me then and called for a backup. The other cop arrived after 30 minutes or so and the entire time I am so pissed I yelled at everybody that came by. A lot of them gave a a thumbs up.

Once the cop was talking to the homeowner so I reached over and picked up my sign with my hands cuffed and yelled for my son to take a picture, (nice one too).

Well, both cops came over to me, I asked them if I was under arrest they said no. They picked me up (no help from me) and shoved me in the back of the patrol car.

I looked at the homeowner while they were doing this and he had a smirk on his face so I called him a cheap bastard. I asked both cops again if I was under arrest, they both said no so I demanded to be released. Then the first cop sat in the front seat and began to write a ticket. I asked him what was the charge he said cursing. lol. I started laughing then, it was just so damn funny (and tragic). I asked him, tell me, which crime is worse, cursing, that homeowner knowingly and admitting to employing illegals or the illegals breaking the law by being here illegally? Well, I certainly found out which crime is the most serious because I spent the next 22 hours in jail for cursing. When I got out of jail Tuesday afternoon I called and emailed 8 different law firms. I went to criminal court yesterday morning (for cursing mind you). The judge asked me how did I plead. I told him I wanted a jury trial. Thats what the lawyers had advised me. Every word in this story is true. I got the pictures to prove it. And the ticket for cursing too of course. My trial should be within the next 3 to six weeks, I’m just about bankrupt because of all the illegal competition, but I swear to God if I am found guilty of cursing I will take it all the way to the supreme court. I listened to Michael Savage the other evening and he said that there were 30 illegal Hispanics outside his studio protesting something he said over the air. He said that they sounded like they were offended and then he said that there are 180 million Americans offended by the millions of illegals flooding across our southern border but of the 2 groups who is our politicians and government listening to. The 30 illegals of course. But I tell you what, it is way past time for the American people to put there feet down, to get rid of most of the bums in Washington and locally and get this country back to the way it was before it became politically correct. The way things are going these days I fear for the future of my kids and grandkids. Is there anybody out there with me or can offer me any advice? Thanks for reading a tragic story from a very outraged patriot. Almost forgot, but I am not one of Senator Lindsey Grahams bigots(this fellow is gone come nov 08). I am married to a beautiful lady from the Philippines. It cost 15 grand in visa and lawyer fees to get her here LEGALLY. The process took 2 years. She didn’t have a border to just stroll across like our southern neighbors love to do all the time.
